Temporary assignment 4th quarter of 2018

As Head of Operations @ Plann3r I was the link between Marketing and Sales. This meant that I would oversee the content creation + follow up the content strategy. On the Sales side I would oversee the leads that followed out of the content/ marketing efforts and follow the potential customers through our sales funnel.

The other aspect of the rol was customer succession. Calling and mailing clients directly to get feedback about the product + to support new users. Via this way we also came along product related problems we didn't knew before. These were then translated to the technical team so they could solve them systematically.

My internship at the OLV Hospital at Aalst was the second 8 week obligatory internship during my education at the Artevelde Hogeschool.
Just as the previous internship, I was the personal intern of a doctor. This time it was a traumatologist/ orthopedic surgeon (Dr. Rumbaut). My tasks here were similar to the tasks I had to execute during my previous internship. I had to watch/learn/help during the consultations and I had to assist the surgeon at the OR when foot surgery took place.

During my education at Artevelde Hogeschool we had to complete two internships of 8 weeks. My internship at SPM was het first one and during the internship I was the personal intern of Dr. Leenders, an Orthopedic surgeon. 
I followed and gave input to Dr Leenders both at his consultations, where the patients came with their problems, as in the OR where (most of) the patients would be treated. Here I received/got the opportunity to  assist the doctor during foot surgery. A gross of the patients that Dr. Leenders saw had problems at the lower extremity, which related to my education.
