Lexon UK Ltd is a pharmaceutical company own privately by Sodha brothers and Mr Pritesh Sonpal. Head office is located at Redditch (Worcestershire), near Brimingham in UK. Their core business is in wholesale and distribution of licensed pharmaceutical medicines within UK. However they are also involved in several supporting activities which help them to grab marketplace successfully. Lexon started in the year of 1995 as a tiny firm. During last 15 years, it has productively achieved unique position. Lexon falls under the category of developing small and medium sized enterprises (SME) in UK. It supports high level of decentralized organizational structure where top managers including directors are easily available for conversation to the entire level of employees.

Under retail, Lexon trade wide range of pharmaceutical products to more than 3000 independent pharmacies in the UK. On the supply end, key providers are the pharmaceutical factories those who sell ready products. Apart from direct buying, Lexon has special division for parallel import. Manufacturing medical products at comparatively less economies of scale contribute another source of supply for them. A team of few key research and development pharmacists who are handling this unique activity are known for ‘Specials’ in the empire of Lexon.
