I’m a passionate product leader with a deep love for innovation, e-commerce, and turning bold ideas into products that users genuinely love. Since 2015, I’ve been on an exciting journey—navigating the fast-paced world of digital retail and transforming abstract concepts into thriving realities.

My career started with a daring leap: building the DefShop app from scratch. That project taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, creativity, and innovation, pushing me to think outside the box to solve problems. Today, as Product Lead at Grover, I’m shaping the future of online shopping, guiding teams to develop solutions that are as functional as they are user-friendly. From redesigning the homepage to optimizing search algorithms, I've been fortunate to work on projects that make a real difference in how people shop.

But my journey is not just about the work; it’s about the people. Early in my career, collaborating with global brands like Lacoste and Nike taught me the value of effective communication and empathy. - Managed the Hotels and Rooms CMS team of 6 members (FE, BE, QA) and built a dynamic ranking model for search impacting 700K+ hotels, and 3.2+ million travelers.
- Improved the dev team scrum process to make it more efficient and streamlined, doubling sprint velocity from 32 to 58 points/sprint.
- Collaborated with the marketing, partnerships, design, and business analytics teams to develop an internal tool to promote hotels.

Successfully launched Fitness Ally, a ground-breaking AI-powered virtual fitness trainer in your pocket that can see you, interact with you, and offer live form feedback.

- Co-created the product roadmap, vision, and strategy along with the CEO and Head of Product. 
- Led all agile sprint meetings (estimation, refinement, prioritization) of 25 person full-stack dev teams across Python, iOS, Unity, and AI Research in Berlin and Toronto offices.
- Conducted usability testing for 8+ users, gathered insights from 150+ beta testers, & delivered +5 new features end-to-end.
- Increased sign-up and workout completion rates from 43% to 87% by identifying fail points in the onboarding flow and UX.

• Designed an Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) system for 200+ diesel engines with 40+ sensors to predict engine failure events for trains in the UK & generated an ML risk scores model to assist the Customer Care Center to improve maintenance scheduling. 
•  Developed and implemented the train to engine mapping algorithm with a 95% sensitivity using GPS data and the Haversine method to eliminate the frequent human error during checks.
• Collaborated with the product owner in product backlog refinement and coordinated sprint meetings
