I’m a passionate product leader with a deep love for innovation, e-commerce, and turning bold ideas into products that users genuinely love. Since 2015, I’ve been on an exciting journey—navigating the fast-paced world of digital retail and transforming abstract concepts into thriving realities.

My career started with a daring leap: building the DefShop app from scratch. That project taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, creativity, and innovation, pushing me to think outside the box to solve problems. Today, as Product Lead at Grover, I’m shaping the future of online shopping, guiding teams to develop solutions that are as functional as they are user-friendly. From redesigning the homepage to optimizing search algorithms, I've been fortunate to work on projects that make a real difference in how people shop.

But my journey is not just about the work; it’s about the people. Early in my career, collaborating with global brands like Lacoste and Nike taught me the value of effective communication and empathy. Understanding the diverse needs of different user groups became my guiding principle—whether I’m mentoring a team member or brainstorming with cross-functional teams, I believe in the power of collective intelligence.

Started my journey here building REST web applications, using non-relational DBs like Couchbase and MongoDB. Deployed using Amazon Web Services, having the application in Docker containers.
Then I moved onto an integration platform, connecting several apps for Media Distribution. I participated in the definition of the architecture, routes, the custom components and provided a stable and adaptable solution.

Transitioned into a full time Node.js developer and loved every moment of it. Improved the app’s performance in production by using clusters, and allowed users to watch and search sporting events (like the World Cup). Provided an internal diagnostics tool, to easily find issues related to certain type of content.

I also started interviewing potential candidates for open positions inside the company, making my first steps as an interviewer.
