In 2022, I had everything I thought I wanted...
A successful IT career. Leading large-scale AI and transformation projects. A promotion to Managing Consultant. A steady income. Security.

But deep down, I knew:
I want to create more impact on peoples lives. 

Over the years, working at the intersection of digitalization and change, I saw one thing clearly:

Innovation doesn’t fail because of tech.

It fails because of fear.
Because of miscommunication.
Because of people.

So I jumped.

I left the corporate world and founded my first coaching company, Growpany, with one clear mission:

– To help leaders raise their consciousness and lead with clarity, courage, and empathy.
– To turn humanness into a superpower – in an age shaped by AI and machines.
– To empower change-makers and other female founders to fully own their greatness by empowering their brains.

🧠 Hi, I’m Thila. And I deeply believe:
The more technological our world becomes, the more human we must be.
We don’t make our biggest impact through strategies or methods -
but by owning who we are and sharing our unique gift.

Früher war ich Teil von HR-Video-Projekten, bei denen man MitarbeiterInnen angesehen hat, dass sie sich so gar nicht wohl vor der Kamera gefühlt haben. 

Da habe ich mir gedacht...
"Das muss doch besser gehen!"

Daraus ist The Ambassador Factory entstanden. 🤍

Heute arbeite ich mit meinem Team daran, dass MitarbeiterInnen zu Corporate Ambassadors werden, die selbstständig Content erstellen können.
Content, bei dem sie sich wohl fühlen!

Denn wir sind überzeugt:
Die Mitarbeiterinnen kennen die DNA des Unternehmens am besten!

Genau deshalb holen sie mit ihrem Content die richtigen BewerberInnen ab, die nicht nur den Job, sondern auch das Miteinander feiern.

Und während wir das aufbauen, bin ich mittendrin im Jungunternehmerinnen-Chaos. 
Irgendwo gefangen zwischen "What a ride! 🥰🎀😍🥳" und "What is this!?!🫠🥲"
