• Website for the online sale of an after-sales parts catalog, with an organization favorable to search engine optimization (600 customers in 3 months by this means, on a very targeted niche)
•  Mobile friendly website used by a fleet of 50 technicians, providing them with an agenda updated in real time, in synchronisation with the in-house ERP.

Implementation, follow-up and maintenance of an ERP project based on Dynamics AX in the after-sales sector. System implemented for 6 European countries, in 6 languages, for a volume of 50000 interventions per year.
Numerous extensions such as: specific supply calculations, semi-real time communication systems with the fleet of technicians, specific pricing mechanisms, process automation, etc.

A former Matra employee, I founded my own company in 2001 and have developed real expertise in management IT and web applications. 🌎

With a strong interest in good personal and collective organization, I wrote ActiveTask, a solution for managing action plans. It's a bit of a chameleon app 🦎 that can be integrated into an external application without modifying it.

I have incorporated a number of skills into it and accompany it with a deployment methodology based on action, listening, regularity, and respect for everyone's work. 🤝
