Combing 20 years of experience in agriculture, 10 years in French fine dinning service and an education in publishing to help people's lifestyles at home as well as hospitality businesses grow.

My track record has been in turning an hour wait time for food to about 20 minutes. Increased efficiency in man power and cut costs by at least 25%. Advocate sourcing local to help restaurants cut cost by 50%. And a whole lot more. My area of expertise has always been in enhancing the experience. Whether that is with my storytelling or through the customer service skills I teach to my hospitality business customers.
