I charged a client 150K FCFA for a 2-hour workshop in 2019.

Same workshop today? 600K FCFA.

Why the 4x price increase?

It's not because I got greedy.

It's because I finally understood:

Low prices attract clients who don't value the work.

If you can't answer these, you're not ready to train.

The 3 digital lifelines I presented:

6% of pregnant women in Cameroon experience intimate partner violence. Many can't call for help because their phones are monitored.

But they CAN post a status. They CAN make a missed call. They CAN use email strategically.

Harvard Business Review just published something that should terrify every HR Director:

$356 billion spent globally on corporate training.

70% of employees revert to old behaviors within 90 days.

But here's what HBR didn't say:

The problem isn't that training doesn't work.

The problem is companies are training the WRONG people.


I've watched this pattern across 25 countries:

→ Company sends junior staff to "leadership development"
→ They come back energized, ready to implement new ideas
→ Their manager (who didn't attend) shuts them down
→ "That's not how we do things here"

The training worked.

The system killed it.


Here's the uncomfortable truth most consultants won't tell you:

If your MANAGERS aren't trained first, training your EMPLOYEES is a waste of money.

Because people don't work in a vacuum.

They work in systems.

And systems are run by managers.
