I’m a three-time INC 500 founder & entrepreneur with businesses in eCommerce, SaaS, media and B2B services that have collectively generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Right now, I serve as a General Partner at The Family Fund and am the CEO of Significant Publications, a B2B digital media holding company.

I co-founded and led multiple other companies, including SnackNation, a health-centric foodservice and brand discovery platform that served 20,000 businesses across the US.

I learned this over 15 years of cycling the world's hardest mountain passes. Cold, wet, hungry, bonking with two more climbs to go and no choice but to finish.

The mountains don't care about your feelings.  Mother nature doesn't wait for you to feel ready.

Neither does success.

The problem? We are blaming biohacking and cold plunges for their imbalances when their bodies simply aren't physiologically strong enough to handle those exposures yet.

Not being able to withstand cold temperatures isn't sensitivity. It's atrophy from too much comfort.

Your nervous system will always find a reason you're not ready. That's its job.

The companies laying off engineers are still paying creators millions.

That's not an accident. That's a signal.

Companies like Netflix, OpenAi and the WSJ are creating roles and paying insane salaries for creators who can take a product and turn it into a narrative that the market actually connects with.

And no, I'm not telling you to become an “influencer”

You gotta learn how to communicate clearly.

You see, attention is the most valuable currency right now and people who control attention control outcome.

✓ They've built the capacity to show up consistently on camera without a cortisol spike killing their clarity.

✓ They've expanded their window of tolerance so that each new level of visibility feels like expansion rather than exposure.

This ain’t soft work. It is the hardest and most precise work I know.

It requires:

→ understanding your specific nervous system patterns, not generic stress management

→ addressing the root biological dysregulation that creates your particular flavour of self-sabotage

→ building the kind of regulated presence that makes you not just heard, but felt by the people you're trying to reach.

I've watched brilliant founders collapse under the weight of the VISIBILITY they asked for, not because our message was wrong, but because their capacity was not built for it.

Their bodies haven’t caught up with the speed of our new economy.

The game changed. Most people are still playing the old one.

Things I'm embodying to grow generational health + wealth in 2026:

✓ Functional fitness over aesthetics → pull-ups over abs

✓ Recovery capacity → HRV above 80, resting heart rate in the 40s

✓ Energy without stimulants → no coffee dependency, natural cortisol rhythm

✓ Chronically offline → deleting apps, unreachable for days

✓ Boredom tolerance → sitting with nothing, no phone scrolling

✓ Slow mornings → not checking my phone for the first 2 hours awake

I'm in the health and longevity space. If my body, WHICH IS MY RESUME, doesn’t match my talk, would you listen to what I say?

If I cared about every critic, I'd have zero followers. 
I lean into my truth, and my tribe finds me. 
Attention is currency. 

In a world of 8 billion people, you can't be everyone's cup of tea.

When you reconnect with yourself and begin doing your inner work, triggers dissipate.

Because you realize they are lessons.

Here's how to build your brand fast: 

✅ Chase your triggers. 

✅ Embrace the haters. They're proof you're doing something right. 

✅ Do the inner work to face your fears + insecurities holding you back. 

✅ Create relentlessly. Post consistently, even if it's messy. Done beats perfect and keeps your brain stimulated (longevity!)

✅ Focus on the 1% who vibe with you, not the 99% who don't.

Follow people who challenge your worldview.
If you're risk-averse, follow a risk-taker.
If you lean far left, talk to a centrist.

Surround yourself with people who push you to grow by undoing everything you thought you knew. 

Break your current paradigm (aka reality).

Nothing worthwhile grows in a comfort zone.

I died at age 6.

How I “break fast” as a cyclist, endurance athlete, burning thousands of calories a day. 🍽️🚴🏻‍♀️

I don't eat “breakfast”, but I “break fast” at around 11-12 because that suits MY schedule.

The word breakfast literally means to break the fast, the overnight fast your body goes through while sleeping. So technically, breakfast is just your first meal of the day, no matter what time you eat it.

💣 BOMB DROP: Breakfast, being the most important meal of the day, was actually made up by big food companies. In the early 1900s, John Harvey Kellogg (yeah, that Kellogg) pushed cereal as a 'healthy' way to start the day… mostly to sell processed grains.

Later, PR firms paid for studies and headlines that said skipping breakfast was bad for you. Sound familiar?

No wonder everybody is obese, anxious, depressed, sick, diseased, or dying! 💣
