Capital Brand Technologies is a Digital Marketing company offering SEO, SEM, PPC and web development services to help clients convert their ideas into reality. 

As a Social Media Coordinator at CBT, I undertook the following tasks: 

• Performed competitor analysis; used the results for benchmarking and creating a competitive
content strategy.
• Updated the social media marketing strategy in accordance with SWOT analysis.
• Wrote 100+ Ad copies, managed Facebook page, and distributed content — that increased website traffic by 20X and content engagement by 50X.
• Created 3-4 versions of each ad copy for A/B testing, and maintained the content database/calendar using Hootsuite and Google Sheets.
• Used Asana and Skype to assign tasks and schedule meetings, respectively.
• Used Time Doctor to track and manage time at work.
• Worked with SEO team to create content for clients' websites.

• Audited records of over 200 employees; to verify the accuracy of personal and professional data recorded in hotel's database. 
• Composed job descriptions for 25 different positions including the job descriptions of General Manager, HR Manager, Store Manager, and Banquet Manager.
• Visited different departments (including Food & Beverage, Reservation, Marketing, IT, Banquet and Store) to develop thorough understanding of their operations.

Human Resources Intern

Currently enrolled in the Masters in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology at the University of Strathclyde, I take pride in embodying an entrepreneurial spirit. Alongside study, I'm working as a Channel Partner Manager at HyperNym. The company, as Microsoft's co-sell-ready partner, specialises in AI, big data and IoT solutions — smart cities, smart surveillance, and green waste management solution are only a small part of company's diverse portfolio. 

Raised in a Pakistani family, I was expected to pursue a career as a doctor or a CSP officer. Yet, neither path resonated with me. After completing my Bachelor's in Business Administration I co-founded a personal branding agency as the first step towards becoming an entrepreneur. Holsol, which originally started as a digital marketing agency, evolved into a personal branding and LinkedIn management firm over time, and is a platform dedicated to cultivating impactful online personas.
