Career breaks are more common than people admit.

Sometimes it’s because of layoffs. Sometimes it’s family, health, or personal reasons. And sometimes it’s simply bad timing.

Coming back into the job market can feel uncomfortable. You apply to roles, wait for responses, and hear very little back.

That doesn’t mean you’re not good enough. It just means the process is slow and competitive.

A career gap doesn’t erase your skills or your past work. It also doesn’t decide what you’re capable of next.

If you’re actively job hunting after a break, remember this:
You’re not starting from zero. You’re starting with experience.
