Bill Gates said “A.I will take over most jobs”

Elon Musk and Sam Altman said the same thing.

In terms of timelines, no-one knows for sure but we do know this

2020:“AGI is 50 years away”

I'm not going to stop using Artificial Intelligence because you pretend to care about the environment.

Everyday I see posts about how much water it's using, or some other BS about how it's impacting the environment.

If the people posting really cared that much about it?

First off they wouldn't be posting...

because those posts have to be stored on a server somewhere...

and those posts get to other people's feeds through an algorithm...

which is also running somewhere along with the storage.

& both that storage and the computers that run the algorithm require water, and "damage the environment" just like you're saying AI does.

You're also posting from a phone.
Likely have a car, air conditioning, etc.

If you really cared you'd be living with the amish or some hippie community.

Once you get past your fake "I care about the environment" stuff, you'd realise that AI is taking over just about every industry you can think of one way or another.

It doesn't look like it's slowing down.
