Highlights include reversing a -7% decline to >15% monthly growth in Europe, building a French subsidiary from scratch serving CAC40 and SBF120 clients, and leading a global CRM rollout that lifted data integrity and forecasting discipline. 
As a long‑serving Non-Executive Director (NED), I have overseen strategy, performance, and risk across an AI/HPC consultancy with an international client base.
