IRL, this means:

😳 Trauma-dump on LinkedIn between two B2B case studies

📽️ Serve up “messy behind-the-scenes truths” that somehow still have excellent lighting

💩 Share your divorce, your burnout, your dog’s digestive issues… and hope it turns into revenue.

If you're into that, go for it. Seriously, you do you.

My newsletter last week resonated more than usual. Why? Because we're all tired AF!

So, me showing people how to turn 2025 work into $-generating assets in 2026 struck a chord. 

I'm not saying: "work less and make more $". You still need to put in the work.

I'm saying: "work strategically". Focus on ASSETS, not outputs.

If I were assessing your strategy, here's what I'd look for:

1️⃣ 𝗔 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻, 𝗼𝗯𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲
This means going beyond “sell more” to specific levers:
– What are you upselling?
– How are you re-selling to past buyers?
– What offers are killing your margins or confusing people?

2️⃣ 𝗔 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
At some point, you 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 have sold to everyone in your current audience.
So:
– How are you bringing in net new people?
– What’s your engine for audience growth?
– Where is demand really coming from (not where you wish it was)?

3️⃣ 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝟭 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟮 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱/𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘆/𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲
Email sequences, content and distribution, social, launch processes.
If everything depends on you having a good week, you're a nasty flu away from missing your goals.

If these three aren’t defined, written down, and boringly repeatable, your revenue will keep feeling like a mood swing.
