I helped founders step into thought-leadership roles, turn LinkedIn into a lead-generation channel, and reposition themselves from “just another CEO” to category leader.

That work laid the foundation for everything Mikaios is today.

In December 2022, I was building my personal brand to land a UX design internship.

I didn’t expect it would turn into a business serving 80+ CEOs.

Here's my story:

I met my first client - a UX Design Agency founder who looked at my work and said,

“Your design skills are good… but your ability to position people is rare. You should build personal brands, not interfaces.”

He handed me his LinkedIn account.

I built his personal brand from scratch.

He loved it. Then he referred his brother... a co-founder whose account had been poorly managed by another agency.

I took over.

Both profiles grew. Both businesses did, too.

Then in October 2023, I started freelancing.(it didn't worked out well)

So I positioned myself as a solopreneur.

By early 2024, I was working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and founders across the U.S. - including Silicon Valley startups backed by top venture capital firms.

Then I launched Mikaios, a personal branding company built on one belief:

If people knew your story, they’d trust your brand.

→ 5,400+ posts written.
→ 200+ qualified leads generated.
→ 10M+ views generated organically.

In 2025, I founded Brand By Content, a media company that helps people build authority at scale through newsletters, systems, and education.

I landed my first client after just 10 days of building my personal brand on LinkedIn.

Here are 5 things I didn’t do to get there:

1) I didn’t promote my services upfront.
2) I didn’t add sales CTAs in every post.
3) I didn’t rely on cold outreach.
4) I didn’t blindly follow expert frameworks.
5) I didn’t wait for the "perfect" post.

Instead, I focused on building a library of content, learning from top creators, and writing every single day.

(Sometimes drafting 3-4 pieces even if I posted just one)

And I built my own strategy, not a copy-paste of someone else’s.

If you're building your personal brand, remember:

Your story, style, and values are unique, your strategy should be too.

We tripled a client's reach in one week.

I've been watching how Diipa Khosla builds indē wild.

It changed how I think about founder-led brands.

I came across Diipa in a podcast a month ago.
Didn't think much of it at first.

Then Indie Wild ran a campaign in October.

And I got hooked.

Not because of the ads.
Not because of the models.

But because of how present the founder is in the entire process.

Every story she posts.
Every behind-the-scenes update.

Every small step she shares about what the team is building.

You can feel the founder is involved.

It's not "go buy this" content.
It's "this is what we tested."

"This is what worked."
"This is what didn't."
"This is what we're building next."

It feels like watching a brand being built in real time.

And here's what that made me realize:

Most brands hide their founders behind polished campaigns and scripted videos.

But the brands that actually build trust?
They show the founder leading the voice.

Diipa has a team. She has models. She has a marketing budget.

But she's still the one showing up:
consistently, transparently, strategically.

That's what separates founder-led brands from founder-absent ones.
