What started up as a bachelor thesis case study, ended up as a culture change project that resulted in me developing and managing a fully functional HR department with training, recruitment, employer - branding, internal consulting, coaching, C&B and performance management policies and procedures.
Achievements:
⟶ Addressed the root cause of an organizational effectiveness issue with our rotation policy after analyzing data-driven trends. Recommended senior leadership to change the rotation policy to voluntary, which resulted in an increase in productivity and employee satisfaction.
⟶  Conducted data-driven analysis in the earliest stages of the coronavirus outbreak in Europe to design and implement a high-performance-maintaining process improvement to the shift schedule, which isolated and protected the most vulnerable staff the first week the crisis came to Greece to achieve zero cases in-house.
⟶ Assessed talent segmentation metrics that revealed Horizon had been working with linguistic segmentation for 70 years, causing lost business opportunities. Re-designed segmentation according to their core business, not language, resulting in equally distributed requests, a higher-morale work culture, and an increase in annual sales in the first year.
⟶ Interpreted departmental turnover data to identify the root cause of the company’s turnover rate, and then implemented a leadership development solution to improve performance and retention.
⟶ Enhanced the employee experience and wellness through proactive support and training on stress avoidance and well-being, along with the introduction of a company-wide sports benefit to reduce stress, which resulted in an organizational culture change of voluntary time off as needed.

I am proud to be the people scientist that designed the whole curriculum of the nudges and helped create the final content that informs users of small changes in their leadership and communication. 

Working remotely with this tech-savvy global masterminds has provided me with the chance of gaining international experience in a Technology startup without having to relocate.

Resulted in better relationships at the executive level of this family-owned business along with the acceptance of new, modern, corporate - orientated procedures.
⟶ Strategically influencing senior-level decision-makers to adopt new hiring protocol through executive coaching, training and advising, which increased employee performance and retention.
