JUST IN: Stegra secured a $41M grant from the Swedish government to finalize the development of its hydrogen-powered green steel plant! 🔥
 
Here are the details:
 
🔥 $41M granted by the Swedish Energy Agency to support Stegra in securing the remaining capital needed to complete the plant.
 
🔥 Funding is conditional: Stegra must show by spring 2026 that it has secured the rest of its ~$1.1B financing requirement.
 
🔥 CEO Henrik Henriksson says Stegra has already secured half of the funds needed and expects the rest from banks within six months.
 
This is the level of ambition Europe's need.
