I’m a jack of all trades. I have sharp observational, analytical, and research skills. I excel in situations requiring unconventional, effective, and logical solutions and I’m very strategically capable. I have a quick, imaginative, and innovative mind, always full of exciting ideas.

I’m incredibly ambitious and I believe that nothing is impossible. I believe everything should be open to questioning and reevaluation. Therefore I usually don’t do well with limitations and traditions. Especially when they are blindly followed, without asking why or understanding their intent.

I’m known to be very tolerant, and I respect - and often understand - other people's views and opinions, even when I disagree with them.

I appreciate substance over superficiality, and I don’t speak unless I have something interesting to say. I'm curious, have a big hunger for knowledge, and I’m a proud tech nerd.

I initially had a technical background and a broad and good technical understanding. After starting my first company, I moved more into the commercial side of running a startup. Having both technical insight and commercial understanding gives me a unique edge. I also have hands-on experience with M&As, scaling recurring revenue, cloud infrastructure, automation, crypto assets, and more.

KOBOTS – The Voice Responsive Robot. 
The concept was extremely good and interesting, and when I entered the company things were not as mature as the founder had declared. My first accomplishment was to reduce the BOM with 50%, and despite a non mature product I managed to bring awareness from all the largest gypsum plate manufacturers in the world, signing a huge contract with STARK, where we made a plan to put 200 robots to the market in Denmark, approached all vocational schools in Denmark, begun the exports to Norway and Germany, like arranging strategic co-development initiatives with Velux, BLOX and many other. All this was slowed down, (stopped), by the Pandemic, but today Kobots is making good business on all the initiatives I was the mastermind and initiator behind.

Blue Ocean Robotics - a privately held for-profit company specialised in creating, developing and commercializing robots. Blue Ocean Robotics is one of the robot industry's most well-known companies, which is primarily known for their disinfection robot UVD Robots. 

As Vice President for Business Development Department  it was my task to expand the portfolio of Robot Development Projects as well as validate the true market potential of the selected robot concepts in order to attract investors and funding. Furthermore we were responsible for the Global Marketing strategy and the sales og 3rd party robots to the danish market.  

In the Markting department we kick started the unique marketing machine, which today has made the company famous World Wide. 

The sales of the 3rd party robots, which at that stage was BEAM, (GoBe today) and UVD Robots in Denmark gave me the personal experience and vital insight into infection prevention and disinfection in the Danish Health Sector.

A great experience in a fantastic international company, who is the world leader in what they do. 

I successfully took over markets in South- and Western Europe, where we went from being in a strong competition to actually be the dominant market leader in especially Spain, Germany, Italy and Holland. 

The greatest achievement was to convince ITW GSE to develop and manufacture a Battery Powered GPU, which today is known as the ITW GSE 7400. This product is a strategic important product for ITW GSE today, and is known world wide. 

This was a great innovation project together with my esteemed Customer Schiphol Group, Amsterdam.
