I’m a jack of all trades. I have sharp observational, analytical, and research skills. I excel in situations requiring unconventional, effective, and logical solutions and I’m very strategically capable. I have a quick, imaginative, and innovative mind, always full of exciting ideas.

I’m incredibly ambitious and I believe that nothing is impossible. I believe everything should be open to questioning and reevaluation. Therefore I usually don’t do well with limitations and traditions. Especially when they are blindly followed, without asking why or understanding their intent.

I’m known to be very tolerant, and I respect - and often understand - other people's views and opinions, even when I disagree with them.

I appreciate substance over superficiality, and I don’t speak unless I have something interesting to say. I'm curious, have a big hunger for knowledge, and I’m a proud tech nerd.

I initially had a technical background and a broad and good technical understanding. After starting my first company, I moved more into the commercial side of running a startup. Having both technical insight and commercial understanding gives me a unique edge. • Optimizing equipment and structure over a year to save $58,000/year.
• Generate purchase orders in the SAP EPR system for the sales and service needs following the supply plan and monitor shipment arrivals at our warehouse, and ensure timely inbound shipment receiving.

Key achievements: 
Successfully optimized and made my position obsolete to move into product marketing and continue to strengthen the company's position in NA.

Supply Chain Analyst

• Assist in overseeing all day-to-day operations in our warehouse facility and provide leadership and coaching.
• Hands-on management and evaluation of 25-30 employees and system resources to ensure optimal productivity with minimal downtime.
• Establish workflow policies and SAP ERP processes that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product quality, safety, or integrity. 
• Implementation of a strong LEAN and Kaizen program improved our internal quality issues from avg. 11% to 0.9%. Optimizations also lead to 18% space improvement and not having to hire extra help during high season.  
• Efforts improved efficiency with other departments as well, and overall better work-life balance strengthened the company.

Key achievement: 
Navigated large workloads with a sense of calm and people-focused organizational skills leading all employees from 68% to 96% in job satisfaction and on-time delivery from 76% to 99%.

Warehouse Manager

Gaming.dk

MY SIDE PROJECT (SPARE TIME)
• Founded and managed one of Denmark's largest gaming & esports websites, Gaming.dk. Employed around 18 casters, admins, and writers for the website and our leagues and tournaments in various popular online games.
• Developed a gaming mouse pad and sold it and other products to users via our marketplace.
• Grew the community website from zero to 11,000+ unique and active daily users in the first two years. 
• ESWC license partner and co-sponsor of the Esport Union in Denmark. We partnered with large brands like SteelSeries, Logitech, Razer, Microsoft, Cocio, and others, for our tournaments. 

Key achievement: 
Through influential leadership and teamwork, I coordinated the largest esports/gaming national league finals at the time. This was shown on Danish national TV and had more than 311,000 viewers online, and was shown in multiple countries with several financial partners. The first prize sent the winning team to ESWC in Paris. That team went on to form the now world-famous team, Astralis. 

We sold the company in 2016, as the founders wanted to try new ventures.

TeraSoft ApS

•	Development and execution of account promotions and budget management concerning gaming and esports-related tournaments and activities.
•	We developed a mouse product called aimTape and pro.Dotz and grew sales to $128,000 in the first year. We sold the brand after 2.5 years to a larger German company, Com-Tra.de.
•	Through great teamwork, we succeeded in selling our CMS solution to the Government. Multiple site solution for the County of Southern Denmark. 
•	Work with brand and social media marketing to execute cross-channel initiatives like product launches and seasonal or important marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI to adjust strategy. 
•	Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase engagement and achieve revenue goals, focusing on product launches and seasonal opportunities.
•	Measure and analyze customer funnel performance, site clickstream data, and conversion flow patterns

Key achievement: Responsible for the entire strategy and launch of our B2C webshop for gamers. We got 1,430 customers in eight months through influencer marketing and events and reached more than 9,000+ gamers via streams.
