Having been the first EMEA SDR at Zuora in 2012 with no playbook and only a phone and a list, I know this first‑hand

Over the past decade, I’ve grown from SDR to leadership, AE and CS roles, but one passion has stayed constant: empowering SDRs to find their voice and enjoy prospecting and selling

In 2017, I founded HappySelling.io to help SDRs build confidence, hit results and stay long enough to thrive

Since then, I’ve:

• Coached 3,500+ reps worldwide and helped teams generate £20M+ in closed‑won pipeline

• Trained organisations through HappySelling.io workshops

• Offered freelance coaching for SDRs and leaders via MySalesCoach.com
