Diesen Satz hat mir diese Woche eine Teamleiterin im Gespräch gesagt.
Und ich dachte nur: Yes. Genau das ist das Problem.

Denn statt sich auf Strategie, Kreativität oder Weiterentwicklung zu konzentrieren, verbringen viele Teamleads ihre Zeit damit, manuell Excel-Tabellen zu pflegen, Kalender zu durchforsten oder Status-Updates einzuholen 😖

Nur um am Ende eine einzige Frage zu beantworten:
„Wer hat nächste Woche noch Kapazität?“ 
Und das meist mehr schlecht als recht.

Aber ohne eine klare Antwort darauf riskieren wir Überlastung, verpasste Deadlines und Frust im Team.

Wie löst ihr das Thema Kapazitätsplanung bei euch? Manuell oder mit System?

Zeiterfassung = Kontrolle? Falscher Denkansatz.

Ich weiß, das Thema fühlt sich manchmal ungemütlich an. Wer schreibt schon gern auf, wie lange er für welche Aufgabe gebraucht hat?

Aber gerade in Agenturen ist das essenziell. Nicht zur Überwachung, sondern zum Schutz!

Denn es geht nicht darum, jede Minute aus dem Team herauszupressen. 
Es geht darum, realistisch zu kalkulieren, Überlastung zu vermeiden und endlich mal Klartext zu sprechen, wenn Projekte aus dem Ruder laufen.

Zeiterfassung heißt:
💡 Verstehen, was wirklich wie lange dauert
💡 Erkennen, wo Aufgaben regelmäßig eskalieren
💡 Planen, wie man Teams fair auslastet und gesunde Strukturen schafft

Und wenn man das mal ernsthaft macht, kommt oft Überraschendes ans Licht:

😱 Das Angebot war zu knapp kalkuliert.
😱 Die kreative Phase dauert länger als gedacht.
😱 Ein Kunde verursacht (heimlich) den doppelten Aufwand.

Zeiterfassung kann die Marge retten und das Teamklima gleich mit 🙌🏻

Denn am Ende profitieren alle: 
Kund:innen bekommen realistische Angebote, Agenturen bessere Planbarkeit und Teams den Respekt für ihren echten Aufwand.

Structure gave me my freedom back 🙌🏻
When COVID pushed us into home office, it felt like freedom.

In reality?
It was chaos.

My desk: the bedroom.
My head: full of open loops.
My sales performance: inconsistent.

So I started experimenting:

✅ A realistic daily to-do list (not a wish list)
✅ Protected focus blocks
✅ Small daily rituals

And something unexpected happened:

The more structure I built,
the more freedom I felt.

Today, remote work doesn’t cost me performance.
It actually protects it.

Because structure isn’t a cage.
It’s a springboard.
