Diesen Satz höre ich relativ oft und er hat viel Wahres dran. 
Trotzdem glaube ich, dass auch Juniors ohne strikte Office Regelung erfolgreich sein können.

Ich lebe in der Nähe von Málaga. 
Ohne Remote-Work könnte ich diesen Lifestyle mit meiner Familie nicht führen. 

Aber ich bin ehrlich: Hätte ich meine ersten zwei Jahre im Sales nicht im Office verbracht, wäre ich heute nicht da, wo ich bin.

Das Aufsaugen von Wissen, das Mithören von Telefonaten, die kurzen Tipps beim Kaffee. Das lässt sich digital nicht 1:1 kopieren.

Aber bedeutet das: Back to Office 🤔

Das Problem ist nicht das CRM oder das Handy.

Wir haben im Team gelernt, diese Grenzen nicht nur zu setzen, sondern sie gegenseitig radikal zu respektieren.

Saubere Daten sind das A und O. 
Wenn meine Notizen und Next Steps aktuell sind, kann mein Team übernehmen, ohne mich anzurufen. 
Keine Abhängigkeiten. Keine „kurzen Fragen“ am Strand.

Meine Prospects wissen schon, dass mein Urlaub ansteht, an wen sie sich wenden können, und was die nächste Wche passieren soll.
