Here are my results & Message for ya!

Someone like me who is always confused,

I had to negotiate for the whole night to close a deal.

A client wanted his podcast trailer edited


February first task dropped,

- We accepted with some questions,
- Analysed the work and brief
- Deliver the sample on time

Result? Satisfaction

”Chuffed reaction as we were expecting from him”


But we got stuck; He wasn't sure about "Commitment"

 1. For him, the price was high (without a discount)
 2. Wasn't sure about the work output

After 2 days, we cleared:

- Real Promises
- Work expectation
- Included discounts%

We concluded: 𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 LOL!


- Without clear talk, 
- Without a clear offer, 
- Without a clear room, 

This deal had only 10% closing possibility.

It's a little controversial, but you’re underpaid, 
not because the market is tough, 
But because you don't know your value.

When I started freelancing, my thinking was simple:

“Let’s charge ₹250 for this reel so they feel comfortable.”

The fear was real; 
At least one client is coming.
At least something is coming this week.
It’s okay….don’t lose him.

Because the truth was brutal:

- No following
- No portfolio
- No credibility
- Literally nothing

So I played small to survive.


One day, a guy from LinkedIn, hiren varia​ asked me my price.

I said ₹500.

He said, “I’d give you ₹1000.”

Not a favour.
But because he knew I was undercharging myself.


We could make a deal together, but that moment changed everything.

That’s when I realised something: 
The ocean is big, and I was in the Pond. 


Clients don’t always push your price down. 
Sometimes, you do it for them.

I received this feedback from my ideal client; 


My Ideal clients offered me “12$/Min in every deal,
Well, I was hoping 10$/min".


I was given a Video project to work on, 
He thought I would do it, and what I gave him

1. Nonstop Revisions 
2. 100s of Mistakes
3. Late-night schedule


On the final day, He Told me; 
“Your editing is good, but your service is Zero”

Last Call: June 2025

All Because:
→  I was Ignorant.
→  I was reckless; 
→  I was super unprofessional;


That's when I restructured my entire Service System"

1. I stopped accepting work I couldn’t handle calmly.
2. I stopped treating revisions casually.
3. I stopped shipping chaos disguised as effort.

I decided:

4. If I take someone’s money, I carry responsibility with it.
5. If someone trusts me, I protect that trust.

"That single shift took me from ₹1000 to $1000"
because I became responsible for one.


See, Freelancing is a service-based business. If you don’t get it right, you will be lost. 

“Clients don’t just want a 'good editor.” They want someone they can rely on”

I didn't quite do my job blindly

- I had already reached out to 7 people.
- One conversation turned into work.
- From ₹250 to $250 pricing increment.


Inbound is not the leverage I take, 
My Wins came from 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Yet people tell you, “Just post content, and the client will come”
That’s luck, not a system.


Freelancers flex their inbound leads,
But they won't share the real method behind their work. 

- Because cold outreach is boring.
- It gets ignored 90% of the time.
- It hurts the ego when rejected

Selling your freelancing service was never supposed to be easy.

Nothing in life comes without effort. At least not in my mine.

1. Find your ICP
2. Outreach
3. make contact 
4. Close the deal
5. Repeat

My cult belief is to get 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 than 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

You heard me? 
Better Connection.....means,

- The related audience (𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴, 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴)
- The Ideal clients (𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺)
- dude with a 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 note
- Amigo himself (𝘥𝘢𝘱*)


I used to send Bulk connection to get fast followers,


And it took nowhere but the void 
where sales were not happening. 

I had a goal to achieve 100,000rs per month
And that thing couldn't take me there. 


This did: Cleaning Up Framework,

Send Connection only to...
2. Ideal clients
3. People in Niche 
4. Your Ideal Audience 

- Follow those you want to see the content of
- Follow those who look genuine

"Just see, do they really hold potential?" 


Rest....remove them and unfollow them, 
Don't need to feel guilty about it. 
Focus on your Sales, nothing matter than that.
