What moved?

What stalled?

What did you quietly let slide?

Most weeks don’t feel heavy because of volume.

They feel heavy because something important stayed unresolved.

Clarity changes that.

A few leaders who joined Raw Speed Networking told me it helped “restore their week.”

Not because we added more.

Because we removed what didn’t make sense.

That’s usually enough.

Reflection of the Week

I have built fifteen companies.

Exited five.

Lost two completely.

None of those numbers tell the real story.

The real story is learning to stay grounded when things work
and stay honest when they do not.

Most people quit not because they fail
but because they cannot sit with uncertainty.

Monday is not a test of strength.
It is a test of patience.

You do not need to know how it ends.

You need to know why you are still here.

If the reason is clear, the path reveals itself one step at a time.

That is how real traction is built.

Have a good monday morning and the rest of the week.

When I was younger, I thought leadership meant having answers.

Speaking fast.
Filling every silence.

Then I lost a company,
that taught me something huge. 

Real leadership starts when you stop pretending you are in control of everything.

There are seasons where pushing forward is the wrong move.

Where listening beats planning.
Where standing still is not weakness, but respect for reality.

Monday does not ask you to perform.
It asks you to be present.

You do not need to fix your entire future today.
You only need to tell the truth about where you are.

From there, the next step becomes obvious.

Forty-two minutes later, I knew his entire life story.

“I’ll keep this short,” he said.
Then came:

•⁠ ⁠Product vision
•⁠ ⁠Roadmap till 2031

The customer said nothing.

Not because they were impressed.
Because they were lost.

If you need 40 minutes to explain it,
you don’t understand it well enough.

Sell clarity.
Not autobiography.

Not because they were passive.
But because they listened.

Silence creates space.

Most people rush to fill gaps with explanations.

The book teaches the opposite.
Say less.
Mean more.

If there is one skill that changes conversations instantly, it is knowing when to stop talking.

Today is our first expansion to our Raw Speed Networking | RSN events - our first mid month - transatlantic event - where we will be around 200 people celebrating and enjoying meeting good people. 

Sure, people already raised millions, got new clients, got better jobs because of this - but more importantly is we also got new friends that are not ai generated.

Do you know when you are part of something so great you want to keep it to yourself… well this week I had that very discussion.

I was asked by the incredible Stefan Avivson, alongside co-founder michael j. kainatsky, to join RAW SPEED NETWORKING and turned up expecting it to be like every other online networking event.

You know the ones.
Awkward smiles.
Forced enthusiasm.
Thirty seconds of “Hi I’m X and I help Y do Z” on repeat.

This is something entirely different.

Stefan sums it up perfectly with the line
“No pitching. Just people talking like humans.”

And somehow… that actually happens.

No selling.
No posturing.
No one pretending they are smashing life 24/7.

Just really honest conversations with genuinely interesting people.

I have met some truly brilliant humans on these calls. Not just in the UK, but across the globe. People doing meaningful work. People who listen. People you leave feeling better for having met.

So let me be clear.

If you are looking to sell your services, this is not the group for you.
If you are looking to collect LinkedIn connections like Pokémon cards, also not for you.

But if you are looking to connect with people who challenge you, inspire you, and quietly restore your faith in humans… this is absolutely your room.

And yes, I debated keeping this to myself.
