• Streamlined the process to reduce the time for implementation of exclusive branding for a client by 64%, from an average 23 days to 7 days
• Reduced the time lag between acquistion and sellability of rooms by 25% by optimizing hotel acquisition model through pan-India research
• Developed a system for autoupdation of dashboards and progress reports to generate visibilty for all senior management

•	Analyzed the hotel acquisition process and created dashboards for better visibility in the system.
•	Extracted and Analyzed progress data and generated reports which were presented to all stakeholders.
• Coordinated with 23 city heads to learn and replicate best practices across india and thus created a cross learning platform to increase overall efficiency.
•	Worked with the technical team to understand and solve recurrent system errors faced by the local teams, and created standardized solutions for these ground teams to avoid facing further technical issues or difficulties.
•	Reduced the time lag between acquisition and sellability of rooms by 50% through the above mentioned measures.
•	Analyzed customer feedback data and provided replicable and templatized solutions to reduce customer complaints by 1%.
•	Was an integral part of a 5 member Chief Strategic Officer’s war room team responsible for acquiring a record 5300 Sellable Rooms per Night (SRN) across India in May, the highest number of rooms acquired in a month.
•	Used tools like R, SQL, Google Sheets and MS Excel extensively.

Waiting for the perfect business idea is a waste of time.

Here's why:

I was working as a data scientist at Tata AIG in 2020.

A 9-5 that paid my bills, and more.

But I was tired of fabricating updates everyday during morning meetings.

I needed a change, but I had no idea what to do.

So, I did what I could.

I loved photography, and I gave it a shot.

I went door to door, knocking on cafes in case they wanted photoshoots.

10 said no, 1 said yes, and I had my first independent paycheck worth ₹5000.

Not life-changing money, but life-changing possibility. "This could work."

I continued. A week later, I got a gig for ₹15000. Improvement.

I persevered. 2 weeks later, I got another gig. 

This time, they posed a problem: "How do we market the photos you click?"

In came my co-founder Chhavi Gupta and Breakfree was born.

First gig worth ₹20,000.

Not life-changing money, but life changing possibility. "This could work."

And it did.

A few more gigs later, I quit my 9-5 in Nov 2021.

5 years later, I'm earning 5x more than my day job.

I'm proudly helping people build lean online businesses.

More importantly, I'm helping peers break free from their frustrating 9-to-5s.

So if you asked me for one advice to change your current situation, it would be this:

Start where you can.
Don't overthink this step.
Go knocking on doors.
One door will open ten others.
