•	 Closed off 5 Auto policies by interviewing prospective clients to learn about their financial needs and to discuss any existing coverage.
•	 Helped close off 2 Home policies by processing their applications, payments, and evaluating financial records in moments of transition
•	 Setup 5 CD accounts through several warms leads by helping customers plan for their financial future.

As the Membership Chair for Spotlight Programs Board, I am responsible for the recruitment and retainment of volunteers for the organization. Additionally, I oversee a committee of 8 members who assist me in the recruitment process of volunteers. Furthermore, I plan, book, and implement "InfoTraining" Sessions that serve to present information to the Georgia State University student body about ways to get involved with Spotlight. Finally, I assist the rest of the Executive Board with the implementation of campus events.
