It’s been close to 15 years since I had to give my dream of becoming an astronaut. It was not hard to give it up considering I had never been into roller coasters, and considering that my visit to Kennedy Space Center ended abruptly after being upside down in a “training pod” and having an out-of-body experience – and by out-of-body, I mean getting sick.

From an early age, I’ve made it my mission to re-invent myself at every opportunity I get. This has led me across multiple paths that have made me an award-winning (Latin GRAMMY), multi-faceted machine. From conceptualization, design, animation and execution of advertising campaigns, mobile development and measurement, social media management to rich-media editing, brand integration, UX/UI analysis, product and project management.

My cross-training has allowed me to understand the different facets of a project and effectively manage them while leveraging my leadership skills to inspire and empower everybody I work with. I am strong believer that you should invest in the work, but you should always invest more on people. 

Currently, I am unlocking Growth for Mouseflow, a behavior analytics platform that lets you create website experiences based on how your website visitors interact with your site through session replay, heatmaps, funnels, form analytics and feedback campaigns.

Head of Growth Marketing

I lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies that support the company's overarching goals. Collaborating closely with the CMO, marketing team, and the rest of the departments, I set clear objectives, key results, and timelines to ensure alignment and focus.

Some of my responsibilities include:

- Crafting and implementing growth strategies in alignment with corporate goals, involving meticulous planning and coordination with the CMO and marketing team.

- Leveraging data analysis to unearth trends, insights, and optimization opportunities across the marketing funnel, enabling data-driven decision-making and effectiveness evaluation of growth initiatives.

- Spearheading multi-channel marketing campaigns to efficiently acquire new customers at scale, incorporating SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing among other tactics.

- Enhancing conversion rates through optimization of landing pages, user experience (UX), and customer journey mapping, improving the transition from prospect to paying customer.

- Implementing strategies aimed at boosting customer lifetime value (LTV) by enhancing retention rates and engagement, ensuring sustained business growth.

- Ensuring growth strategies are cohesively aligned across the company by fostering strong collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams.

- Overseeing the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and maximization of ROI across various campaigns and channels.

- Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation with new growth tactics and technologies, driving forward-thinking strategies and solutions.

Building a Technology Partner Program is not "go sign a few integrations."

It's product strategy, ecosystem design, and operations stitched together so customers feel like your product belongs in their stack.

We just launched ours at Convert.com. Here's the practical blueprint behind it 🐾.

1) Start with the job-to-be-done, not the logo list
Pick the core user you're optimizing for (we anchored on CRO teams), then map the workflows they already live in. Your partner roadmap should follow their day, not your wish list.

2) Do a stack gap analysis
List the categories your best customers already use — analytics, behavior tools, tag managers, CMS, ecommerce platforms, data destinations.
Then score each by: customer demand, retention impact, and build effort.

3) Benchmark competitors for table stakes
You're not copying. You're identifying what the market now expects by default, so you can prioritize the right gaps.

4) Split partner types (this decision matters more than people think)
We separated partners into two tracks because trying to treat every partner the same creates chaos: unclear expectations, uneven quality, and a "directory of dead integrations."

So we made it explicit:

- Integration Partners = interoperability first
Goal: customers can connect the tools they already use.
What we optimize for: reliable setup, clear docs, QA, and ongoing maintenance.

- Strategic Partners = joint growth
Goal: generate real outcomes together (pipeline, co-marketing, co-sell).
What we optimize for: shared GTM plans, enablement, mutual incentives, and measurable impact.

This split keeps the bar fair and the program scalable. It also prevents a common trap: giving "strategic" benefits to partners who only want a listing, or forcing deep GTM motions on partners who simply want a clean integration.

5) Build the lifecycle, not just the launch
The program needs a repeatable path:
Recruit → onboard → enable → co-market → measure → renew/scale

If you skip the middle, you get integrations that exist but don't get used.

6) Instrument adoption early
Decide what you'll track before you ship:
- Install and activation
- Ongoing usage
- Influence on conversion, retention, expansion
- Partner health (response times, engagement, pipeline contribution)

If you can't measure it, you can't improve it.

7) Phase the rollout
Start with quick wins and top integrations. Layer in measurement. Then scale with a repeatable playbook.

Done right, a tech partner program becomes a flywheel:
More integrations → more adoption → more stickiness → more demand → better partners.

Building in public is a serious commitment.

I misjudged that one.

When I took over the affiliate program at Convert, I had a good rhythm going. Weekly posts. Consistent updates. Sharing the wins, the process, the messy middle.

Then I went quiet.

Here's the truth: I needed to do deep work. Strategic pivots. Planning what's now becoming Affiliate Program 3.0. I'm thorough — sometimes to a fault — and after shipping the quick wins, I had to go underground to build something that actually matters.

Content took a backseat. Not because I didn't care, but because I didn't want to post just to post.

LinkedIn punishes you for going quiet. The algorithm forgets you. Reach drops. I know the game.

But here's where I landed: I'd rather show up when I have something real to say than fill your feed with noise just to stay visible.

So I'm back. Not because I figured out some magical content system. But because something's coming.

In a couple of weeks, we're releasing an upgrade to Convert's Affiliate Program that I think will make some waves (Or so I hope). I've been heads-down building it along with some great partners, and now I finally have something worth talking about.
