AI Strategy: Led the company’s AI approach by forming our corporate position, wrote the company’s AI policy, ghost wrote for the COO with the global communications team, coordinated AI partnerships (e.g., Microsoft), liaised with stakeholders including the Global Heads for IT, Risk and Assurance, and Business Services. 

Commission Leadership: Appointed Commission Management Lead overseeing 16 team members on Anglo American, developed new ways of working by implementing Microsoft 365 products, establishing a product governance framework, and utilising strong project management skills.

Change Management: implemented a new change control process and automated risk reporting for Manchester Airports Group resulting in process improvement and excellent client feedback. 

Business Strategy: collaborated with regional directors on the company’s North West Business Plan FY23/24.

Bonnie was an early leader at PUZZLE X as the Director of Communications producing the first edition of the event. Supported by the Government of Spain, Government of Catalonia, and Barcelona City Hall, PUZZLE X is the leading forum for convening Frontier Tech stakeholders from government, industry, startups, scientific institutions, and civil societies. The event is co-located with Smart City Expo World Congress.

•	Led communications and partnership efforts for PUZZLE X liaising between international stakeholders, including startups, academic institutions, and Materials Deep Tech companies.
•	Created and executed marketing and communications strategy for the inaugural PUZZLE X 2021 event in Barcelona resulting in 1100 stakeholders from 57 countries with 40% C-Suite & decision-maker attendance; Industry participants included BASF, McKinsey, B Braun, Repsol, Lubrizol, HP, Suez and more.
•	Convened key stakeholders and decision-makers from government and industry (e.g. McKinsey, Accenture, Repsol, BP, Roche, Hyperloop TT…) to chart the future of quantum in line with the Government of Spain’s €12 billion PERTE Chip investment into the semiconductor and quantum industry in 2022.
•	Moderated the UK panel on Infrastructure, Graphene and Sustainability as part of the UK Department of International Trade delegation, which included His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for Europe Chris Barton.
•	Scaled the annual PUZZLE X event nearly 3x with over 3000 attendees from 82 countries in November 2022 with 42% C-Suite and Senior Decision Makers.
