Actuellement, l'enjeux du pilotage de la performance présente un réel challenge pour les entreprises, et gènére un besoin d'évolution des SI Finance vers des outils plus performants et avec des processus associés, plus efficaces et efficients.
J'ai choisi de m'orienter vers un métier qui combine la finance, les SI et la gestion des processus. 
Pour moi, le métier du BPO Finance présente des vrais challenges en termes de Change Management et d'adaptabilité.
