- Manager for the delivery of the functional area including requirements, global design, configuration, testing, functional conversion tasks and interface activities for Aon's global intercompany design.

- Developed design documentation for all existing customizations within the Peoplesoft Billings and Accounts Receivable modules for version 9.0.  
- Responsible for performing smoke tests on the Accounts Receivable and eBill financial modules within the Peoplesoft 9.1 test environment.
- Acting project manager for multiple internal projects involving Microsoft Sharepoint site administration.
