Initiated an agile approach across all investment initiatives.  Key executive stakeholders and internal customers - CFO and MD's of LoBs.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
•	Established business case centre of excellence team for VF business and implemented best practice
•	Introduced an agile and automated finance investment evaluation, planning and approval process
•	Optimised capital allocation across customers/products (to achieve 10% yr on yr saving)

Travelport - $2.3bn turnover travel technology and e-commerce company, operating across 175 countries.
I supported and reported to GVP of Business Development. 
- Responsible for developing strategic partnerships and alliances; delivering incremental enterprise value 
- Identified, evaluate and developed partnerships, joint market opportunities and new business models/propositions
- Established and presented investment case to SLT 
- Formulated, executed and integrated the business/operations plan for alliance activity
- Owned partnerships contractual negotiation; optimising commercial terms- revenue and profit, while managing risks
- Delivered partnership benefits through collaboration across functions (Marketing, Products, Innovation, Sales, Technology, Legal, Innovation, Service)

- Launched an innovative Customer Insight product with Mastercard to leverage existing data services and create  new channels to market

- Revamped investment decision support by putting in place a business partnering structure, developed quality of business cases and integrated into the planning cycle and improved cross functional alignment; resulting in optimising the ROI resources. 
- Introduced insightful ROI investment performance reviews to the Investment Board; identifying lesson's learnt, recommending improvements to financial and product life cycle processes, resource allocation, leverage of assets. Recommendations trigged a company “Speed to Market” programme aimed at improving life cycle and delivering solutions in to the market place. 
- Developed financial framework and reporting (prioritisation, innovation filtering, product sun-setting, customer and channel margin/profitability) to support ongoing strategic planning of product portfolio and life cycle management 
- Developed and received Board approval for several strategic, customer orientated, market leading solutions (Merchandising platform$165mRev/$80m cost, Itinerary solution $30m Rev/$10m cost, Corporate booking platform $30m Rev/$15m cost)

ADP  - PE owned 2nd largest UK Corporate Dental business.
I supported CFO and Business Development Director. A leading member of the M&A team, conducting all aspects of M&A activity, new business development, marketing and supplier negotiation
ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Identified improvements in the financial and operational performance of 140 practices to improve turnover and EBITDA (£2m)
- Successfully completed on 25 acquisitions, and post acquisition integration - (value range £2m-£11m) 
- Success of M&A strategy led to ADP being acquired by the Carlyle group and merged with industry leader IDH.

I reported to the Director of Strategy.
Responsible for managing £200m p.a. investment in products & services. Evaluated and supported strategic investments.

I reported to Commercial Finance Director, responsible for financial management of circa £500m channel incentive budget.
