2&Two - A Times Group Initiative

Pitched a complete business plan to the main stakeholders at the Times Group for starting a Content & Influencer Marketing vertical within the Group. Successfully Co-created this vertical which was a non-existent business module within the company.

Collaborated with internal & external stakeholders. Trained & coached over 200+ people within the group across 8 different cities on Influencer & Content Marketing. Set-up multiple processes across verticals for smooth functioning of this division. Enabled partners & agencies success through various inputs & a focused aggressive growth strategy with thought through mentoring & leadership.

Built the blocks of this ecosystem from just 2 members to 25 members which included Sales, Creative, Production, Post-Production, Servicing & strategy capabilities.
Grew the revenue from 0 to a 30 Cr+ approx. Responsible for managing the P&L & contribution of more than 200% growth year on year consecutively.
