Dynamic General Manager with extensive experience in Collections management, currently leading the Collections department at JD Group, a Pepkor Group division. I excel in crafting recovery strategies, analysing financial data, and overseeing cross-  border teams in South Africa and Botswana. My expertise includes managing early and late stage delinquencies, External debt collectors, and portfolio’s involving voluntary surrenders, Debt review, debt review terminated and secured and unsecured loans including store cards.

Prior to this, I was a Collections Manager at Capitec Bank leading a team of 143 employees. My role included enhancing performance metrics and streamlining customer service across various loan products and credit cards. My career foundation was built at MBD credit Solutions, where I progressed from Call Centre Collections agent to Branch Collections Manager, developing key skills in strategy execution and team Leadership.

I hold a postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from Henley Business School, a Bachelor of Philosophy Honours in Marketing Management, and a Diploma in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School of Marketing. With strong capabilities in strategic planning, problem- solving, and leadership, I am eager to connect with professionals interested in Collections and Risk management,financial strategy, or Leadership development.
