I have worked in luxury hospitality for over ten years, all over the world, but my greatest challenge came when I welcomed my first born.

I moved from Australia to Abu Dhabi with a 3 month old and it was tough. My husband went back to work and I was overwhelmed with the emotion of being alone. 

I needed support, someone to turn to, to answer my questions and talk about what I was going through.

That's when I knew, I had to do something to support women and families in the UAE through the journey of pregnancy, child birth and early parenting. I created Mama Tribe and 1,600 women and counting have joined our movement. 

Having a supportive community changed my experience and my mindset, allowing me to recover so much faster. 

I had found my 'thing', I am on a mission to support families with their post partum foundations.
