At the end of the 1980s, I started my professional career at the five star Hotel Kempinski in Munich.

Yes, I am a trained waiter, because I always wanted to work with people. It's the enthusiasm to work for and with people. Today, it's no longer the food or the drink I serve, but the ideas on how to improve the digital customer and employer journey. And how it can be made measurable and scalable. Because that's exactly what I was able to experience at the hotel: If there was a good tip, the service was good and the customer was satisfied.
