An ICP drives ~70% of our GTM success

Yet most teams spend hours on analysis that becomes useless as soon as the market moves.

▶️ Over 60% of agentic AI projects aren’t expected to make it to 2027 (Gartner, Jun 2025)
▶️ ~$3T in AI data center spend (NYT, Nov 2025)

The world is making its biggest technological bet in history
with ~$1T financed through opaque debt
on systems leaders don’t trust
with claims no one can easily validate
at a scale we’ve never attempted.

Here’s how you discern what’s real:
F: Feedback Loops
AI agents must learn from outcomes. If not, they aren’t agentic.
O: Orientation to State
AI agents must maintain context across steps. If not, they aren’t agentic.
R: Rules and Boundaries
AI agents must choose the next best action within constraints. If not, they aren’t agentic.
E: Explainability
AI agents must provide decisions we can audit easily. If not, they aren’t agentic.

Most agentic claims fail the FORE test.
No one wants to be hit by a rogue drive on the green. 
If it sounds magical, remember that unicorns 🦄 don’t exist in production. 

Don’t mistake illusion for intelligence.
Understand the mechanics before committing.

We saw Starlink in the sky.

Bright lines.
Perfect formation.
Gone in seconds.

But did we actually understand what it meant?

That wasn’t internet infrastructure.
That was compute leaving Earth.

And few are talking about the consequences.

Here’s what changed.
▶️ Global data center spending is now exceeding $400B annually, driven primarily by AI workloads and accelerated buildouts (IDC, Aug 2025).
▶️ Data centers now consume more than 2 percent of the world’s electricity, and AI is accelerating demand fast enough to force energy policy rewrites this decade (IEA, Nov 2025).
▶️ Nvidia-backed Starcloud has successfully trained an AI model in orbit, powered by continuous solar energy, bypassing terrestrial cooling and grid constraints (CNBC, Dec 2025).

Read that again.

We’re training AI in space.

Google’s planning orbital data centers next, powered by solar, designed to operate beyond planetary limits (Fortune, Dec 2025).

No night cycle.
No grids.
Just uninterrupted compute.

And the loop closes
without us in it.

This isn’t science fiction.
It’s capacity math.

AI is becoming a civilizational layer.

Five years ago, many of the problems AI’s now solving were considered unsolvable.

Protein folding.
Climate modeling.
Complex systems behavior.

Now the machines are leaving the planet so the curve can keep bending.

If that doesn’t reset your sense of speed, nothing will.

Get used to acceleration.
It’s only going to go faster.

And here’s the truth.
If your growth model assumes traditional growth, traditional cycles, or traditional constraints, it’s already wrong.

Not soon.
Already.

When we finally put the pieces of the puzzle together…

Because here’s the big reveal.
On the 84th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, four signals line up in a way that’s hard to ignore.

1. Character AI restricts under 18 use
because it was never just chat.
It became emotional reinforcement and relationship simulation with minors.
One company moving without oversight.

2. OpenAI calling Code Red
shows the frontier race is tightening.
Performance isn’t enough. Reliability decides who leads.
The next stage is here.

3. Humanoid robots entering the workforce
isn’t innovation for innovation’s sake.
It’s AI stepping into our space across factories, warehouses, hospitals.
Real shifts in human employment.

4. Nearly $3T in AI data center buildout
with $1T financed through opaque debt.
Acceleration without maturity sends our stomachs into our throats.
Concentrated capital with concentrated risk.

Not dystopia or utopia.
Just real.

Character AI looks like the early version of stories in Companion.
OpenAI’s shift shows leadership is focus, not expansion.
Companies like Amazon are already reshaping labor.
And data centers will shape every region.

Taking our agency back starts with four actions:
➡️ Developing a heightened consciousness.
➡️ Identifying possible futures early.
➡️ Building checks and balances.
➡️ Treating every capability as a responsibility.

And like they say in Sweden, there are always consequences 😉
