My efforts are central to transitioning Merck towards a dynamic, skills-powered organization, leveraging AI and innovative technologies to map out the future of talent intelligence. A critical project under my leadership is the co-launch of the Career Hub, Merck's first global internal talent marketplace, designed to facilitate dynamic career paths, learning and enhance internal mobility. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, aligning talent capabilities with our forward-looking business objectives.
