Why Degreed? We started Degreed with a passion for lifelong learning and have since seen what works (and what doesn’t) across hundreds of the most innovative learning organizations. My journey has been one of continuous transformation, from serving as a career counselor to Navy Sailors, to co-founding Bluejacketeer, a platform that revolutionized exam preparation for Sailors, acquired by Kaplan in 2021. And now, working on another exciting startup in the same vein.

At the core of my mission is the commitment to equipping people with paths of self-actualization through meaningful careers. Whether it's helping others promote in the Navy, replacing their primary income through creator-educator side gigs, or taking charge of their career path navigation, I am energized by the success of others.
