Why Degreed? We started Degreed with a passion for lifelong learning and have since seen what works (and what doesn’t) across hundreds of the most innovative learning organizations. After we established the category of Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) at Degreed, I left to tackle a new set of ambitious challenges and cofounded Learn In.  In 2022, through acquisition, we combined the latest innovations from Learn In with Degreed’s market-leading platform to build the next chapter of products to support lifelong learning.

- Co-created the post-COVID ’19 organizational recovery methodology to provide strategic support and guide covid 19 strategic management plan. The framework was used across the 111 national offices.
- Conducted research and with the use of data, analyzed trends, designed immediate solutions, and provided consultation on the effectiveness of key interventions implemented by the global office.

Global People Operations Specialist

Assessed context, design solutions, provide support and track implementation of organizational and operational development priorities across 32 national offices in the MEA region. Managed 30% operational growth pre-CoVID 19 and 80% average implementation of COVID 19 crisis management priorities

Regional people Operations Specialist

Designed and delivered learning solutions to support 18 country offices within the Middle East and Africa region to achieve an average 75% implementation of the Talent management process. Also coached the management team of the same country offices in driving operational priorities. Visited 10 of the 18 national offices in the process.

Organizational Development Specialist

Expanded AIESEC operations to post-Ebola Liberia, through government and University relations, and corporate partnerships, facilitated international internship opportunities for about 300 Liberian youths, 30% of the targeted market at that time.

People and Operations Lead

Achieved 66% growth with the international internship program placing 110 international volunteers with Local Non corporate initiatives across 11 cities in Nigeria. Oversaw the program delivery and the volunteers experience through program life cycle.

As I progress in my career, I am eager to apply my skills and experience to an innovative work environment that prioritize people development as a key business driver.
