What a wonderful evening for the 2025 edition of Future of Learning by LOSAM at the Ritz Paris!

I had the real pleasure of exchanging with HR leaders, Heads of L&D, and Training Managers... all navigating the same urgent challenge: how to upskill people faster, better, and closer to the flow of work.

After the traditional sponsor pitch session and participant vote, Ardoise was awarded the Best Pitch Award for the 2025 edition- a moment of pride for our whole team.

This recognition means a lot to us. It validates our conviction that learning must be hyper-contextualized, hyper-personalized, and directly tied to performance, not more content, but smarter capability.

A warm thank you to all the participants, to LOSAM, and of course to François Jaouen, who delivered the Ardoise pitch with clarity, depth, and heart.

The conversations last night were rich and energizing. We’re looking forward to continuing them next week with everyone who joined us.

After more than a year as International Workforce Agility Officer in Residence at Cornerstone OnDemand, my residency has come to its natural close.

When I joined, we chose the word “in residence” on purpose. It was meant to signal a fellowship, an intense, time-boxed collaboration to help shape ideas, stretch thinking, and accelerate a shift already in motion. 

Over the last year, I’ve watched Galaxy grow from a bold idea into a fully articulated narrative: one that unifies learning, skills, mobility, and performance into a single, strategic conversation. I’ve seen the organization move with more confidence toward workforce agility, embracing the real work of changing how companies build capability and respond to disruption.

I’m incredibly proud of what we accomplished together: 
- the Build, Buy, Borrow, Bot whitepaper that sparked thousands of conversations about agility; 
- more than 20 global events where we pushed the dialogue forward;
- the evolution around the executive engagement system we built to help Cornerstone show up with altitude in front of the HR C-Suite; 

Most of all, I’m grateful for the people: the teams who welcomed and challenged me, and the colleagues who became friends. I hate naming names because I’ll inevitably forget someone, but here goes: 

Kate (everwise bestie thought partner), Philip (our 1:1s always made me smarter), Mike (we need your EU digital twin), Taimoor (onboarding, advice, good spirits), Michael (you walk the talk), Duncan (helicopter view = superpower), Anja (360° thinking), Yvonne, Sarah, Courtney & the marketing crew (thank you for indulging my diva moments), Adam, Nishchae & Che (the sparks — and the constant), Krissie (torch passed… run). And of course, Anastasiia Sviridova, my EA... you’re the best.

To the ELT for their collaboration and trust; letting me experiment, rethink, and occasionally disrupt. You know who you are.

With my residency complete, I’m now shifting full time into the company I founded last year: Ardoise where we’re building hyper-contextualized, AI-native learning that helps every person grow in the flow and reality of their work. It’s a return to my entrepreneurial roots, and exactly where I need to place my energy next.
