My career started in sales, where I learned how companies actually grow. Over time my work expanded across sales, marketing, partnerships, demand generation, and broader GTM leadership.

Working across those functions taught me something important. Most teams share the same goals, they simply approach the market through different lenses.

My work sits in that space, connecting teams, ideas, and market signals so direction becomes clear and execution follows.

Growth rarely comes from one function alone. It happens when sales, marketing, partnerships, and ecosystems move together across the market lifecycle.

I think about growth through the bow tie, not just the funnel. Market insight, demand creation, partnerships, community, pipeline, expansion, and long term value reinforcing each other.

I lead with EQ and operate from first principles. When teams trust each other, messaging reflects real conversations in the market, and partnerships and demand generation move together, results become far more durable.

Before all said above- I was a walk-on D1 basketball player at Ole Miss. That truly shaped how I lead today. Earn it, show up ready or not, and prove what you know you are capable of.

What drives me most is much closer to home…my two daughters.

They are the reason I move with intention, choose courage over hesitation, and care deeply about how I show up in the world. I do not want them to hear what might be possible one day. I want them to see it lived.
