But before I get into that,

Let's actually define what a good comment is:

A good comment:

- Stands out.
- Does NOT LOOK LIKE AI.
- Gets you good traction.
- Positions you as better looking than Henry Cavill (JK)

But most of all,

Good comments FEEL human.

Unfortunately this is missing from LinkedIn.

Because everyone's using AI to comment.

EWWWWWWW.

SO Most comments look like AI sludge:

“Great insight. I agree. Here’s another point.”

Bro.
That’s not a comment.
That’s elevator music.

So I asked my mate Luke for a strategy that cuts through.

He said:

Comment in memes. 

Think about it. A meme is:

- Written AFTER you read the post
- Instantly funny
- Impossible to fake with generic AI
- Makes the author want to reply

Text competes with text.

A meme competes with attention.

It's genius.

But most of all.

It's 100% human.

( Lord knows we need more of that on LinkedIn)

So If you want traction in 2026:

Stop commenting like ChatGPT.

Start DROPPING MEMES. (Seriously)

We’ve pitched multiple series ideas for unicorn startups for 2026. 

(We've already closed a 24 episode series and 36 episode series.) 

We’re moving away from one-off skits and getting closer to world building through series for our clients.

We’re even implementing this on our own channels.

6 weeks ago we launched a “Micromanaging my manager” series

It was a 9 part series that raked in 8.3M views and 10,000 new followers on IG + TikTok.

Microsoft and Google engaged with the series. BetterHelp booked a meeting with our team.

The series was such a success that we decided to piggyback off of the character arcs of both Seamus, myself, and the occasional appearance from Irupe Correa (when she isn’t in the weeds managing Ops) and one of our creators, Jacob.

Which is where we came up with the “Ragebaiting my manager” series.

A 7 part series with 1.3M views and bringing in 3,000 new followers on IG + TikTok.

Site visitors are up 271% the last 30 days.

I’m a little disappointed in my ability to close.

We had 3 brands interested in working with us at SXSW.

I felt our Offer was rock solid:

Brand pays us $10k. And the only requirement is that there are no requirements. Let us cook.

And none of them pulled the trigger.

Mistake.

The amount of attention they would’ve gotten…

Channels totaling 160,000 followers, doing 20M views/month across LI, IG, and TikTok.

We’re going to be in a content house for 7 days with 5 other creators whose names you absolutely know.

We’re going to have a videographer with us for 3 days.

And most importantly, you’re going to have me in the content.

Last year at SXSW I belly flopped into a CLOSED DOWN pool for content with Sprout Social.

Last year at SXSW I snuck into TWO YouTuber meet ups. One with AJ Eckstein 🧩 Eckstein, one with Joshua Smith.

Last year I walked 20,000 steps/day, walked into every single event whether I had a pass or not.

And I’m going to do it again this year, documenting everything. Who wants their logo to be a part of it all?

$10k. Oh and the only requirement is that there are no requirements. Let us cook.
