Lead agile transformation services ensuring strategic alignment, clear metrics and capability development. Manage stakeholder expectations by building trust through strong ethics, transparency and clear communications.

Mentor: Guides team members through their challenges, helping them develop their career

Collaborate with the Agility Foundation: Help our customers in Latin America by actively collaborating with all NTT Data Foundation agilists

Subject Matter Expert: Act as an SME in Innovation and Change Management practices, collaborating with other Business Units to understand and apply methods, tools and practices

Support the life cycle of the sales process: understand customer needs, identify key areas, define the technical proposal, support the technical approach, define necessary people, roles and capabilities and develop the economic structure of the proposal.

Corporate Facilitator: Design and facilitate internal workshops and design thinking sessions for executives.

Corporate Trainer: As an Agile specialist, I train organizational leaders at all levels and units in Agile & Lean approaches for their business context.

Value Proposition Facilitator: Help the Business Unit create and evolve value positions through a creative and collaborative process
