Worked with the Channel Partnerships team to scale Gravy’s client relationships program by helping establish new relationships while optimizing existing one-to-many channel partnerships.

Recruited, trained, developed and led more than 225 volunteers as a director in the United States' second-largest student ministry setting.

Directed leaders and coaches through regular one-on-ones, relationship building, pastoring and helping to navigate any situation that would affect the small group. Developed leaders through trainings, weekly communication and meetings run one-on-one and in large groups.

Supported ministry as a whole through assisting with events, camps, trainings, leader meetings, written communication and resourcing volunteer leaders to help students pursue and discover a faith of their own.

Establishing myself as an HR leader and engaging executive, I was quickly promoted again to head HR functions across the Altamonte and Apopka campuses. With over 2.3k employees under my team's scope, I strove to lead an engaging, strategic, and business-focused operation. I stove to assert myself and my HR team as a value-added resource to the company as a whole. I built a reputation on my willingness to act as a strategic business partner, counseling and supporting senior leaders on a whole wealth of topics and business function. This was a unique opportunity to leverage my operational mindset and learn the field of HR. Stepping into this extensive program I supported and learned within the largest not-for-profit Protestant healthcare provider and one of the largest non-profit health systems in the nation, with 45 hospital campuses and 8.2k licensed beds in 9 states. My learning curve was profound and I believe this role is what would set the stage for my future career success in the realm of healthcare. A few of my key impacts included: 

---- Exceeded organizational demands as RN recruiter - Neurology, Psychology, and Orthopedics service lines.
---- Successfully hired over 30 clinical positions during short tenure. 
---- Instrumental in implementation of multi campus Recruitment Service Center.

Leveraging a BA in Theology, I supported and counseled the church members of the First Tulsa Seventh Day Adventist Church. I strove to form tight bonds and partnerships within the community as a means to connect and give back. I held operational oversight of both the church and K-10th grade school, concurrently. While in this role a short time, a few of my more notable achievements included: 

---- Increased overall tithe and offering 26%. 
---- Eliminated $100k debt in 8 months through rigorous expense management. 
---- Acted as Chairman of the Church Board with 20 total members. 
---- Initiated and managed over $500k in renovation projects.

Senior Pastor

I began my healthcare career as an HR/recruitment resident for the largest not-for-profit Protestant healthcare provider in Florida. I became a director of human resources just two years after my start in the HR profession. While serving as director I worked continuously to position myself and HR as a value-add resource and strategic business partner to the entire organization. A combination of big picture strategy, drive and commitment earned my promotion into operations and subsequently as COO for Florida Hospital Altamonte.

My overarching role as a healthcare leader is to build and strengthen relationships within my hospital network and within the communities we serve. Everyone’s a stakeholder. High team engagement leads to high quality patient services or put simply - take great care of our customers and the business objectives will be taken care of too.

In the operations realm, I have headed EBDIT growth, brought major capital improvement projects to a close, and consistently decreased annual costs. I currently oversee HR operations for 13 hospitals in 4 states. I’ve attained a 99th percentile measurement in employee engagement surveys, completed over $100M in construction projects and instigated effective HR and talent management policies, which have substantially decreased employee turnover in a short period of time.

I enjoy solving tough hospital management problems and have witnessed the system-wide impact and positive effects of a truly transformational approach first hand. Juggling multiple priorities in the ever-changing healthcare landscape, is second nature to me.
