As a leader with strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and fundraising capabilities, I have a solid history of performing operational/financial responsibilities and forging strategic partnerships to improve organizational growth and community impact. By formulating and instigating impeccable strategies, I provide strategic direction for implementing and measuring impact-driven programs for leadership development. During my career, I helped non-profit organizations reach their full potential by successfully executing change initiatives.

Being a Visionary Executive, I am adept at maintaining strategic coherence, programmatic integration, financial sustainability, and administrative effectiveness throughout all phases of projects/programs. I managed 3 department budgets of over $2M and contributed to new staff training and development for leadership positions by initiating a 100-hour training program. During the pandemic, I collected materials from 24 different sources in 3 months to create a blackboard course, which improved interactions by 75%. Furthermore, my talent for public speaking and storytelling enabled me to attract donors and build relationships with them that ultimately increased fundraising opportunities.
