It's a full cycle role - acquisition, expansion and customer success for school boards in Ontario.

Toronto Basketball Academy

The Bigger Than Basketball and Toronto Basketball Academy programs provide training and mentorship programs for youth in 5 locations around Toronto. All our trainers have played at the CIS, NCAA, or Professional level.

We launched the program in 2013, and since then had 1000+ players (between ages 6-18) go through our programs and we've facilitated 25+ players in receiving athletics scholarships to universities across Canada (B.C., to Ontario, to New Brunswick) and and in the U.S. (NCAA D1, D2, and Junior Colleges)

Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
• Launch and manage operations of DeenUP Athletics programs across Toronto; including North York, Mississauga, Markham, Scarborough and Downtown
• Liaise with external vendors and oversee outbound communications; via social media, video production, and sponsorships
• Recruit and manage the operations team. We hired our first staff in 2014 and we've been able to continually grow the team by mentoring and hiring our players and alumni as trainers.
