In industry, I spearheaded large-scale digital transformations, including the nationwide deployment of Sonic Drive-In’s Order Ahead mobile app across 3,600 locations, which revolutionized the customer experience and drove a 9.5% increase in same-store sales. In the public sector, I directed Oklahoma’s $1.2B CARES Act portfolio during the COVID-19 pandemic—overseeing testing, PPE distribution, rural mobile health services, and the launch of digital government service platforms.

Today, my work is increasingly focused on the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and leadership education. As adjunct faculty at the University of South Florida, I design and teach courses in project management, biomimicry, and circular economy. My research introduces new models such as the Nature-Inspired Circular Economy Model (NICEM) and the Starling Organization framework, bridging nature’s intelligence with organizational design, strategy, and resilience.
