I designed scalable onboarding workflows, built the company’s first LMS training system, and helped AMs become more strategic partners to their clients. I also uncovered legal contract gaps that impacted renewals and pricing, leading to a competitive repositioning that improved win-back opportunities and account growth.

During an acquisition transition, I helped bridge internal teams across delivery, pricing, and CS, ensuring our processes, upsell strategies, and playbooks scaled with clarity. Personally renewed over $1M in at-risk business, reduced employee turnover, and built a more accountable, confident team culture from the ground up.
