A 6 month project with a seed level start-up to (1) set up the 0-1 L&D and training frameworks, (2) develop selected tutors to help scale it for India, US, UK and Australia Demography and (3) support the founding team in strategy. 

Developed frameworks for:

- Marks Improvement

- Improvement in demo conversions 

Gave direction to the start-up by supporting the founding team in clarifying their vision and development of the same.

Created a cost effective work plan for the start-up by coaching a group of  tutors towards curriculum, training, project management and quality. (All of them crossed over to training, quality and curriculum). 

Leveraged their tutor experience to build original frameworks for the start-up and leadership capacities in the team to take it forward.

Brought a great deal of focus in the curriculum team by mapping all 20+ projects to demo conversions, LTV or teacher retention.

Opened pathways into the US and AUS, leading tutors into 100% demo conversions.
