•	Leading the Digital Gold Business with 1.5 tons( approx 750 cr in value) of quantity of gold sold by generating 2% revenue of 15 cr with mom growth of 15% in FY’22.
•	Driving Growth for Existing clients like PhonePe, Paytm , GooglePay, Aditya Birla Capital and new clients through cross promotions and running campaigns after integration of API of Digital Gold gets done on the partner’s platform.
•	Maintaining strong relationship with partners and providing proactive support to them to handle any queries related to Logistics delivery, customer escalation, fraud handling and cyber crimes by leading a team of 3 people.

•	Selling Online Payment collection products like Payment Gateway, Payment Links , UPI Acquiring, Paylater and QR Codes to companies in Payment Aggregators, Insurance, Ecommerce, Real Estate, NBFC’s, Vehicle Dealers. So far has closed deals of worth 100 crores+ monthly.
•	Driving Growth for online payment business which includes Merchant Onboarding, Transactions, GMV and Marketing Campaign. Running and cross marketing online cashback offers for users once freecharge gets live on the merchant’s website.
•	Farming & Cross selling products to merchants like IRCTC, Pine Labs, 1 MG, Zomato, Magicpin, coolwinks, Lenskart, etc. Running and cross marketing online cashback offers for users on the farming merchants to achieve more GMV and transactions every month. 
•	Coordinate with various in house team(Product, Legal, Operations and Tech) for successful onboarding and making freecharge live.
•	Analyzing Business Performance with recommendation for product and process improvement by understanding the competition in the market and needs of the merchant.

Manager: Online and Offline Partnership

Paytm

•	Handling a team of 6 Assitant Managers, 4 Key Account Managers and 4 sales executives with monthly GMV of 60-80 crore per month and 2 lakh transactions per month with mom growth of 20-30% in GMV, User base and Transactions.
•	Managing the team who are responsible for selling products like Paytm On-US, EDC Machine and Payment Gateway to co-working clients like 91springboard, Instaoffice , etc
•	Develop, Distribute and Strategize plans for meeting sales targets annually to BD Managers and then break the targets into half yearly, quarterly and monthly.
•	Responsible for team building and team hiring of BD Managers, KAMS and Sales Executives.

State Head, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand( Apartment Business and Strategy) 

•	Handled a team of 5 Assistant Managers and 3 sales executives in different regions of U.P and Uttarakhand which are responsible for Business development/Acquisition.
•	Started with GMV of Just 50 lacs per month and 1700 transactions in April’2018 to now 30 crore and 1 lakh transactions in a single month and achieving 370% mom individual growth in terms of GMV, User Base and Transactions created from Builders and RWA societies.
•	Managing & Providing proactive support to clients to build strong relationship core.
•	Leading marketing campaigns while engaging with 3rd party vendors with the motive to drive transactions from the societies.

Business Manager-P&L Ownership( Apartments & Utilities Business)

•	Hired for building prepaid and postpaid electricity business by bringing supply of Builders and Premium Societies on Paytm platform by processing the payments between two parties.
•	Have sold the paytm products like Paytm On-Us App, Payment Gateway, EDC and POS machines and QR codes for facilitating payments for Electricity, Maintenance, Water, DG and Gas  in the market to Builders and RWA societies 
•	Have acquired 70 Partners/merchants with more than 500 residential and commercial projects including top Builders like Ansal Group, Eldeco Group, Gaursons , Exotica Housing, Prateek Group, Paramount Builders, Ashiana Housing, Shalimar Builders along with Facility Management Companies like CBRE, JLL and online Billing Providers ( ERP) like ASG, Alley Software, and RWA societies with a total active customer base of more than 1.5 lac on paytm platform.

Deputy Manager- Sales and Business Development

	Have worked closely with Cofounder and COO and on a new vertical  i.e OYO Flagship, which is OYO’s own brand.
	Have acquired 100 Properties in Marketplace model including Guest Houses, Hotels, Apartments ( 3 Star & 4 Star) in Gurgaon, Delhi,  Rohtak, Bhiwadi , Karnal, Ghaziabad and Noida.
	Project MI-100 which happened 2 times in 6 months for acquiring 100 properties in 1 month in a team of 4 BD Managers and responsible for signing 35 properties in a month for two times which was the highest in competition.
	Have dealt with 100 Property Owners for acquiring at a budget price and converting their Guest houses into OYO by convincing them to spend money on their own on models like Revenue sharing ( 70%- Owner’s, 30 %- OYO’s), Fixed tariff ( setting fix price for Owners and selling it at any price for OYO) and Flagship( setting room price per month from 8k-12k depending whether its furnished/unfurnished).
	Maintaining existing relationships with the Property Owners/Partners for serving them better, resolving their queries and doing re-negotiation for the price of a room-night depending upon the demand/supply. 
	Maximizing Revenue generation from them by providing solutions on how to increase customer experience and hospitality standards so that we can get the maximum business from repeat customers.
	Increasing properties visibility on different OTA’s and providing this data to them for giving them the customer reviews so that they improve their Customer experience and get the maximum revenue generation from them.

	Worked at STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Sales( B2B)/Account Management department.
	Cold calling to companies like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea who need Optical Fibre Cables and explaining them the designs of different type of cables so that they can buy from us with also explaining them the process of making cables after their visiting in our plant.
	Have managed to convinced & onboard British Telecom to buy cables from us with the order of 2 lakh kms of cable, which was the biggest achievement in Sterlite Technologies.
	Involved in bringing and onboarding the big brands like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea for different designs of cables,  etc by having meeting with them through lead generation by myself and building a solid relationship with them.
