As a Floor Tech Lead I was responsible for supervising the sales and tech support teams. This includes coaching, training, and managing the team to ensure all metrics are met or exceeded. 

It also includes working with other departments to ensure employees are meeting their individual goals and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Was also responsible for training and coaching the offshore vendor team in best practices, process, and procedures. This includes providing all necessary training materials and facilitating on-site training sessions with the vendors.

Floor Tech Lead

I was responsible for providing high-quality, responsive technical support to customers over the phone, email, and chat. This includes finding the best solutions to the problems they are facing, training our customer's on how to use our and 3rd party software products, and ensuring that our customer's experience with our AMC is always a positive one. 

Was also responsible for selling a software product's annual maintenance plan to customers. This includes qualifying leads and presenting a compelling offer, understanding customer needs, and closing the deal.

Technical Support Specialist

Be able to identify and solve common issues with minimum input from the customer.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate and helpful information about the product and company to customers.
Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with difficult customers.

حدا ما بتعرفه ولا بيعرفك، ولا حاطتلك لايك او تعليق مرة بحياته، ويمكن منه connected معك أصلا بيجي وبقلك بدي اشتغل معك وبيعطيك $١٠،٠٠٠.

هيك بكل بساطة.

ايامات اخواتك ورفقاتك اذا بدك تعطين مصاري بتفكر ١٠٠ مرة قبل ما تعمل الخطوة. 

بس على لينكدإن شخص ما بتعرفوا بيجي وبيعطيك مصاري مقابل خدمة، بلحظة… وأحيانا كتير من دون تفاوض او تفكير.

وما عم بحكي عن شخص متابعك وبيقرالك محتواك وبيتفاعل معك.

عم بحكي عن ناس شافوا بروفايلك مرة، او تعليقك (مرة) او منشور واحد الك (مرة) وحسموا قرارن بربع ثانية انن يشتغلوا معك، يشتروا منك، يدفعولك.
